Please include
- Your swap ID — shown at the top of your status page
- The transaction hash of your deposit, if you sent one
- What you expected to happen and what you saw instead
What we can do
- Locate a swap from a deposit transaction hash
- Explain what a status means and what happens next
- Coordinate with the liquidity partner on refunds, delayed payouts and wrong-network deposits
What we can't do
- Reverse a completed swap or a transaction on a public blockchain
- Change the receiving address after funds have been sent to it
- Move funds ourselves — we never hold them
Avoid impersonators
We only communicate from support@ovlo.lol and only in reply to you. We will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, remote access, or a payment to "release" funds. If someone claiming to be ovlo asks for any of those, it's a scam.
